Nye Lubricants, Inc. is proud to introduce its new NyeFilm® 501F for assembly aid applications. This dry film lubricant is non-toxic, dry to the touch, and significantly reduces the force required to mate and assemble various elastomer components.

Its main component, PTFE, provides excellent lubricity while still being water soluble, cost effective, and environmentally green. Test data proves that NyeFilm® 501F maintains its lubricating properties over time without degradation, unlike competitive products.

Typical applications includes o-rings, engine hoses, tire stems, bushings, and exhaust isolators.
