trouble-free operating life, and requiring more than
traditional lubricants can deliver.

Sealant - Fluorocarbon Gel 880
Fluorocarbon
Gel 880 acts as a sealant. It can withstand a wide
range of temperatures and it ensures long operating
life of seals and components protected from the
harshest operating environments present in the Coal
industry. Its silicone base oil makes it compatible
with most plastics and rubbers used in the seals and
gaskets.
Slip Ring - UniFlor™ 8950
A
light viscosity, completely fluorinated oil
possessing very wide temperature capability,
excellent oxidation resistance, excellent plastic
and elastomer compatibility and resistance to
aggressive chemicals. This oil protects the surfaces
and prevents wear on slip ring gold parts in wind
turbines.
Electrical Connectors & Contacts - NyoGel® 760G
NyoGel
760G seals electrical contacts from oxygen,
moisture, aggressive gasses and other hostile
elements in the Coal industry. In applications where
the connector is exposed to the elements, filling
the connector housing with grease before mating is
also recommended. The grease acts as a back-up
environmental seal.
Mechanical Drive System - AND-786
A
synthetic extreme pressure grease with proven
success in heavily loaded rotating mechanical
equipment manufactured by Nye using original process
and control specifications for Anderol® 786.
